Hi all, I enjoyed getting to meet a bunch of you guys at Troy's GT in GA a few years ago. No time to umpire anymore, but still playing.

Yes Troy's GT was a blast. I met many of the people I know on here at that GT. The one Dave M put on and we ended the night at the old Durham Bulls Stadium was a good one also and the last one I've been to.

Can't truly say how long it's been, I would guess arount 2001. But I have made a few GT and ST's. Met loads of great players and 99% of them were great people. I would name all of them but the one I forgot would e-mail me spam for ever. If I had a dollar for every time I open a "softball forum" I could retire. OH I am retired. :rollin

I have met alot of good guys through this board at Spring Training and several NFHC BP sessions. I don't get here as often as I would like to, but I am grateful for the friends I have made here.

Since this post has been up for over a year, is it time to celebrate Mohr's 11th Anniversary????
In the past year since the 10th Anniversary memorial, I've made 7 posts or so, which accounted for 19% of the board's activity. Might it be time to put a fork in her? Later, David |

WOW! I've been roaming around this place for months...couldn't find my way out of the dark coldness of it all, till I heard your post Dave.. Keep talking so I can make my way to the door....
This used to be a vibrant place but I guess intense censorship took it's toll...kind of like NY radio. :| |

I think I found this board about 2004. I have met alot of standout guys that I consider friends and am looking forward to seeing them at ST 2008. I don't make it here as much as I used to, but it is still nice to keep in touch.

 Ok, let me say this....hi..my name is Bill and I'm a lurker. I've been around since Jay's board.I've made some friends here and on the buy-sell-trade board. I've learned alot from high-friction tape,the joys of Powerhouse bats,(I've still got some Ozones)how great Vinci products are and their customer service is even better just to name a few.
